First thing first, iPhone 7 is one of the most awaited flagship phones from Apple in tech world right now. There has been lots of rumors and speculation about how new iPhone is going to look like, when it’s going to release and features of the phone. To let you know guys, I am not making this up by myself. This is actually analyst information and the most valuable information. Current number 1 Apple analyst who proved to be the best in the business every time Apple is about to announce their new product is Ming Chi Kuo. He is actually been named the number 1 Apple analyst in the planet by “Business Insider” and the most reliable industry watcher by BGR.
Based on his rumors, there is going to be 3 models of iPhones coming in the year 2016. iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and finally iPhone 7 Mini. iPhone 7 Mini seems to be one of the most interesting products among these three. iPhone 7 Mini is for those who do not need larger display. As we have seen that lots of people are certainly happy with the size of iPhone 5s and do not want to upgrade. Apple has taken that into an account that iPhone 5s is still selling very well just for its smaller display. So Apple is going to release 4-inch iPhone 7 variant. But this doesn’t mean smaller phone with lower specs and slower power. The 4-inch new iPhone will be coming with A9 chip under the hood while other 2 models will be packed with the latest A10 chip. iPhone 7 Mini will be be called iPhone 7c most likely because they will not be made of cheaper materials. Though we don’t know much about it, 7 Mini is likely to feature Aluminum body and no 3D touch. Apple already reportedly predicted the sales for this thing. 20-30 million units by the end of the year 2016.
iPhone 7 is going to be totally new as Apple ‘s gonna really re-position the difference between 7 and 7 Plus. They are certainly going to put the power difference in these 2 phones. The actual difference in 7 and 7 Plus could be in RAM. As iPhone 7 Plus is likely to have a larger display and larger everything, it makes more sense that 7 Plus will have 3 GB RAM compared to iPhone 7’s 2 GB. Another Apple analyst Gene Munster, says that there is going to be 50% chance that new iPhone 7 might not have physical Home button.
He is also saying that Apple can focus a lot more in battery life this year. In a matter of 5 years, Apple almost doubled the power of MacBook battery (from 5 hours to 10 hours in a single charge). So he believes now it’s about time iPhone got that same treatment. In my opinion, the battery life is quiet decent for now but if they upgrade I’d be happier. He also said that the Sapphire display could be likely. He is also saying that the 16 gigs storage size will be phased out. Another thing can be better resolution and USB 3.1 C in every upcoming new iPhones could be standard. Another most important this is Apple is rumored to be aiming to make the iPhone 7 as thin as the 6.1mm iPod touch, mainly through the removal of the 3.5mm headphone jack. Eliminating the headphone jack will give Apple more internal space for other components, and Apple will also keep the device slim with the continued use of in-cell panels and TFT-LCD display technology. The release date of all the new iPhones is most likely to be in September 2016.
